Probably, some people who report people for fun strike it lucky and get a question removed, yours was removed in this way, and, unluckily, you got a violation for doing nothing wrong...

Yours was probably removed by inputting foriegn languages on an English-languaged Y!A. This may have been the case if your title was "no speako ingles"
