How old you you have to be to work at ingles in N.C.?

I have heard many different answers. I have heard as young as 14. I am 15 am would very much like a job.How old you you have to be to work at ingles in N.C.?
I live in N.C. and the law says you have to have a Workers Permit at the age of 15 years old, But some places will not hire you because they have to post your permit, and the state people will come check, and if its not up, they can get fined. Plus, you can only work certain hours! You can call your local Highway Patrol, and ask them how to get a Permit, and anything else you need to know. Hope this helps
