You may want to try the local libraries in your area for the Ingles Sin Barreras series (which is quite expensive to purchase) or they may have an equivalent series and/or product that also teaches English.
You can also check with your local adult school and see if they offer ESL (English as a Second Language) Distance Learning services. Although they probably won't use the Ingles Sin Barreras series, they may offer something similar.
