Your website is too busy for what you're doing, but it sounds like your information is good and you seem to know what you're doing. I would take away the background (the lines/stripes) and pick one font and stick with it. That makes it look less professional. I would also pick one font and one color for the headlines and use the same font in black for the answers to your questions. The red isn't good for what you've got going on right now, so I would suggest picking another color for the questions. The blue seems to work well!

nope. i've spent most of my life in kitchens/restaurants. i have been a busboy, waitress, hostess, bartender, cook, pastry chef, caterer, barista.... you name it.



i never went to culinary school for anything. i am both self taught and learned on the job. anything i don't know how to make, i research and teach myself. i read alot of cookbooks, 'technique' books, magazines, internet, and watch a lot of cooking and 'foodie' shows, and consult with other restraunteurs and cooks. one can teach themselves anything given the motivation and proper tools.



however, it looks like a great idea/program for those that need it. i wish you luck.Would you like to learn to cook at home?
Looks great, a lot of work went into it's production, I bet. Price seems reasonable too. I personally do not need it though, since I am an experienced cook. I'm sure there is a market for beginners. Good luck.
