Can I buy Italian chicken sausage at the grocery store?

My boyfriend does not eat pork, but I cook a lot of Italian dishes that call for Italian sausage. I have heard of Italian chicken sausage but I am not sure where to buy it. I was at Kroger recently and only saw Italian pork sausage but I was thinking maybe Publix would have it?

My options for grocery include Kroger, Publix, Ingles and Wal Mart, have you seen it in any of these stores? Can I buy Italian chicken sausage at the grocery store?
Check online or in the phone book to see if you have any local butcher shops. They should have it. I guess we are lucky to live in Seattle because our local grocer (QFC) has it in the butcher section...Kroger is upscale enough that I am surprised they didn't have it, do ask in the meat section though to see if they can have some sent over for you.
Publix does carry Italian chicken sausage in the Greenwise meat section. I just bought some because I do not eat pork either. It is very tasty.

Keep looking, you should be able to find it in some supermarket. We have it in several large chains here but I'm in New England so we don't have the ones you mention (and our WalMarts don't have a full grocery section either). Can I buy Italian chicken sausage at the grocery store?
I have seen Italian TURKEY Sausage at Publix.
I buy mine from Shoprite or Wegmans
