Someone left me a comment on YouTube that said simply 'bien ingles bien' and according to Google translator it means 'good English well' or something. Can someone translate it properly please?Tanslate 'bien ingles bien'?
Like the native speaker said it could mean as in 'good englishman' , but the other meaning is that he is complimenting on your good english. so it means 'good english' as in you speak good english, he/she likes your english. so depends on the context, you can interpret it as any of the two meanings.
Bien is "well" and can mean "good" in some circumstances. Repeating it just reinforces it, giving a meaning like "very good."
"Ingl茅s" can refer to the language, although a compliment to your English would be more likely to be phrased, "un ingl茅s excelente." or similarly.
Assuming that you are British (most foreigners use "English" indiscriminately), the word is probably a way of referring to yourself, and the whole is a simple compliment for some opinion you have just expressed: "Yes, Englishman, you have said it excellently."Tanslate 'bien ingles bien'?
